The masterclass ‘chocolate bonbons’ is a great start for beginners and includes a complete House of Chocolate® experience. It is led by in-house chocolate chef Peter Remmelzwaal, who also works as a patissier for the Dutch Royals. His long-time fascination for chocolate and patisserie, drove him to share his knowledge with chocolate professionals.

This 2-day masterclass starts with an exciting experience – ‘From Bean to Bar’ – which tells you more about the origin of chocolate. After tasting various kinds of chocolates, you’ll familiarize yourself with recipes, demonstrations and basic techniques to prepare and create different kinds of bonbons.
