He pays attention to making creations with elegant designs and techniques and is looking forward to sharing his broad chocolate knowledge with you!

 

During this 2-day masterclass, you will be presented with 15 different chocolate applications, from chocolate bonbons & pralines to nougat & chocolate bars.

Techniques such as airbrushing, bonbon-molds with cocoa butter, preparing ganache, making pralines/caramels and other (bonbon) fillings will be explored.

The masterclass will be rounded up with product presentation and tasting.
