Chef David Redon is known for using sophisticated techniques and balanced flavor combinations, while combining trends and products that are visually appealing.

He pays attention to making creations with elegant designs and techniques and is looking forward to sharing his broad chocolate knowledge with you!

During this 2-day masterclass, you will be presented with 15 different chocolate applications, from chocolate bonbons & pralines to nougat & chocolate bars.

Techniques such as airbrushing, bonbon-molds with cocoa butter, preparing ganache, making pralines/caramels and other (bonbon) fillings will be explored.

The masterclass will be rounded up with product presentation and tasting.
